The Ingredients: (Venison, Veal or Lamb), raw sugar, lecithin, salt, mixed tocopherols, garlic. MEAT: We start with 95% New Zealand Natural Farm Raised Venison, Lamb or Bobby Calf Veal. Raised on the pristine New Zealand ranges, the meats used in our treats graze on a natural grass diet. No grains or supplemental feeds are used! SUGAR: We add only 3% raw sugar, AKA brown sugar that is minimally processed. This is used as a hermectant to stabilize the fats in the product. LECITHIN: A natural preservative, which also aids in providing a healthy natural coat for animals. SALT: We add only 1 % salt, this is to help stabilize the moisture in the product. While the analyses reads 4-5% max. this allows for fluctuation of natural occurring sodium in meat. MIXED TOCOPHEROLS: A natural preservative containing vitamin E.
