Standard Flat Rate Shipping of $9.95, some exceptions apply. Free Shipping on hundreds of items!

Shipping Policy and Delivery Information
Most in-stock products ship out within 2 business days. Freight items and custom orders require additional time to prep orders for shipment.

Standard Delivery:
All orders are shipped normal ground service via UPS or FedEx and cannot be sent to a PO Box. Delivery times will range from 2 to 10 business days depending upon your location.

Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated to cover Standard Delivery shipping to the 48 continental United States. We offer extremely competitive shipping prices. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be contacted concerning additional shipping fees prior to shipment. 

Freight Delivery:
Over sized items are shipped standard freight. Delivery times will range between 2 to 6 weeks. Returns are not allowed on these items. We are not responsible for freight damages, so shipment must be thoroughly inspected before signing the receipt.

Back Orders:
While we do try to keep our website updated regarding out of stock items, occasionally an item is out of stock.  If this happens you will be notified by either email or phone. If part of your order is on backorder, you may cancel that item at any time prior to shipment or choose to wait for the item.  There are no additional shipping charges applied to backorder items.

Returns and Exchanges

Here's how to return something ...

Step 1
All returns must be authorized by the Customer Service Department and must have a Return Authorization (RMA) Number.

Step 2
If you paid for the purchase with a Credit card or Paypal, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received and checked by our staff.
If you paid with a check or money order, allow 10-14 days to receive your refund check from PHT Pet Supply from the time we receive the returned product.

Step 3
On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate warehouse (Your RMA will give you all of this information). You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice.
Please make sure that there is a delivery confirmation on the package that is being returned. This covers both you and us in the case of a lost package. We are sorry, but we cannot issue credit if we never receive the package.  Tracking information should be emailed to so we can monitor your return and expedite credit.

Step 4
All Refunds are processed within 21 days, once the returned product has been received at our warehouse in re-salable condition.  All returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

Canceling Your Order

We work hard to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call immediately. We will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time

Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that despite our best efforts, on occasion a product or products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. PHT Pet Supplyis not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.

Pictures of items shown on our web site do not imply that all items/accessories shown in the picture are included with the product or within the product price. Most accessories unless specified otherwise, are available as an option only and should be purchased separately. Please read the description carefully to check what all items are included with the product.
